Zvi Schreiber, PhD, CEO & Director
Zvi is a serial high-tech entrepreneur, and an experienced technology thought leader and manager. Zvi founded and heads G.ho.st., and co-founded Unicorn Solutions, Inc sold to IBM in 2006. Zvi founded Tradeum Inc. in 1999, and lead it to its sale to VerticalNet in 2001 for $500M. Zvi co-founded IsraTec, and previously served as CEO of Lightech. Zvi holds an MA (Cantab), MSc, and PhD degrees.
David Schreiber, Chairman
David was a director of Schreiber Holdings, a UK-based company with interests in real estate across three continents and an outstanding high-tech portfolio. Previously David was CEO of Schreiber Furtniture, where he managed 5,000 employees. David also co-founded and managed Solmecs, a renewable-energy startup that later completed an IPO. An experienced and successful entrepreneur, manager and investor, David completed his business education at Stanford's Graduate School of Business.
Darren Rockman, Director
Darren is a partner at Goldrock Capital, and has vast experience in high-tech venture capital investing and management. Co-founder of IsraTec, a high-tech advisory firm, Darren previously worked as a corporate lawyer at Allens Arthur Robinson, Australia and is a qualified CPA. Darren's other corporate directorships include Peninsula Finance, a leading Israeli finance company. Darren holds a LLB degree, is admitted to the Australian Bar and is a CPA.

Ran Shalev, CFO & COO
Ran has many years of experience in financial management and in directing operations. Prior to joining Lightech, Ran was CFO at AeroScout Inc, and was previously CFO at Babylon Ltd. Beforehand, Ran was an accountant at Cisco Systems, and was a manager at KPMG. Ran holds both BA and MBA degrees, and is a CPA.
John Daly, VP Global Sales and President Lightech NA
John was previously Director of a Business Division at Philips SSL, and VP Strategic Sales at Color Kinetics. John's vast lighting industry experience includes general managemnt of AZZ Lighting, and senior positions at Venture Lighting and GE Lighting. Yaron Magal, VP R&D and Engineering
Yaron's unrivalled experience in R&D management includes over 10 years managing multiple development teams in the Israel Defense Forces' R&D Corps. Yaron was previouly CTO at Mango DSP, and Director of Product Management at Celerica. Yaron holds an BSc (Summa Cum Laude) and completed MBA studies.
